NOTIFICATION
Bilaspur, the 15th December, 2025
S.O. 5822(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause 7A of section 2 of the Railway Act, 1989
(24 of 1989), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officer mentioned in Column (2) of the table below as the
Competent Authority to perform the function of such authority under the said Act in respect of the Special Railway Project
mentioned in Column (3) of the table below in the state of Chhattisgarh with effect from the date publication of this
notification in the Official Gazette.
