L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-CG-E-13062026-273434 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 2935] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, JUNE 12, 2026/JYAISTHA 22, 1948 MINISTRY OF RAILWAYS (South East Central Railway) NOTIFICATION Bilaspur, the 11th June, 2026 S.O. 3041(E).— In exercise of power conferred by clause 7A of section 2 of the Railway Act, 1989 (24 of 1989), the Central Government hereby authorize the officer mentioned in column (2) of the table below as the Competent Authority to perform the functions of such Authority under the said Act in respect of area of the Special Railway Project mentioned in column (3) of the table below in the state of Chhattisgarh with effect from the date of publication of this notification of the official Gazette.
