Arif, Shankar Prasad s/o R.P. Dubey, S.C. Okaner s/o C.A. Okaner, Rehana Begam w/o Rahmat Ali and Saif Ali s/o Rahmat Ali, Ramcharan s/o Ajit, Rajendra Kumar Das s/o B.K. Das and Gauri Das w/o Rajendra Kumar Das, and Ahmad Husain s/o Najir Ahmad. And, whereas the substance of the said notification 20 A was published as per section 20A sub section (4) in the daily Newspapers, Haribhumi (Hindi) Bilaspur Edition, Nai Duniya (Hindi) Bilaspur Edition and The Hitwad (English) Raipur Edition on 31.01.2024 whereas, Tifra village land looser objections received within the set time period and disposed of by the Competent Authority under section 20D of the said Act, 3 And, whereas, in pursuance of subsection (1) of section 20E of the said act, the Competent Authority has submitted his report to the central Government; Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the Competent Authority, and in exercise of the powers conferred by sub section (1) of the section 20E of the said act 1989, the central Government hereby declares that the lands specified in the schedule annexed hereto shall be acquired for the aforesaid purpose; And, further, in pursuance of subsection (2) of section 20E of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the official Gazette, the land specified in the Schedule annexed hereto shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all Encumbrances.
