project between between Dadhapara-Belha (9.20 Km) situated in Chhattisgarh State" under Clause 37A of Section 2;
vide S.O. no. 4520(E) dtd 23.09.2022 and under Clause 7A of Section 2; vide S.O. no. 5723(E) dtd 06.12.2023 of the
Raiwlay Act, 1989 (24 of 1989) published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary Part II - Section 3 - Sub – Section(ii).
