In exercise of the powers conferred by clauses (a), (b), (c), (d), (e), (f), and (g) of sub section (2) of section 56 of the Actuaries Act, 2006 (35 of 2006), the Council of the Institute of Actuaries of India, with the previous approval of the Central Government, hereby makes the following regulations to further amend the Institute of Actuaries of India

Amends regulations for admission as member and issuance of Certificate of Practice by the Institute of Actuaries of India.
