NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 17th December, 2025
F. No. 2-10/2020-FWS.—In exercise of the powers conferred by the provision to Governing Body under
Societies Act 1860, National Farmers Welfare Program Implementation Society (A Society under Ministry of
Agriculture & Farmers Welfare), makes the following rules regulating the method of recruitment to Group ‘A, B and
C' posts in the National Farmers Welfare Program Implementation Society namely:-
1. Short title and commencement:- These rules may be called the National Farmers Welfare Program
Implementation Society (a Society Under Ministry of Agriculture and Farmers)Welfare (Group 'A, B and C') Revised
Recruitment Rules, 2025. They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
2. Application:- These rules shall apply to the posts specified in column (1) of schedule annexed to these
rules.
3. Number of posts, classification and level in the pay matrix:- The number of the said posts, their
classification, pay level in the pay matrix attached thereto shall be as specified in columns (2) to (4) of the Schedule
annexed to these rules.
4. Method of recruitment, age-limit, qualifications etc.:- The method of recruitment to the said posts, age-
limit, qualifications and other matters relating thereto shall be as specified in columns (5) to (13) of the said
Schedule.
5. Disqualification:- No person,-
(a) who has entered into or contracted a marriage with a person having a spouse living;
or
(b) who, having a spouse living, has entered into or contracted a marriage with any person,
shall be eligible for appointment to the said post:
Provided that the Central Government may, if satisfied that such marriage is permissible under the personal
law applicable to such person and the other party to the marriage and that there are other grounds for so doing, exempt
any person from the operation of this rule.
6. All these posts are to be filled on Deputation/Short term contract basis and shall be strictly co-terminus with
PM-KISAN Scheme.
7. Power to relax:- Where the Management of NFWPIS is of the opinion that it is necessary or expedient so to
do, it may, with the approval of Governing Body and in consultation with D/o Agriculture and Farmers Welfare, by
order and for reasons to be recorded in writing, and in consultation with the, D/o Agriculture and Farmers Welfare,
relax any of the provisions of these rules with respect to any class or category of persons.
8. Saving:- Nothing in these rules shall affect reservations, relaxation of age-limit and other concessions required
to be provided for the Scheduled Castes, the Scheduled Tribes, the other backward classes, Ex-Servicemen and other
special categories of persons in accordance with the orders issued by the Central Government from time to time in this
regard.

| | iii. More than twelve years post qualification experience in IT Projects with at least 8 years experience in implementation of large database related IT or e-Governance projects. |
| | iv. Experienced in at-least 1 project implementation of the government in Data Analytics/ AI/ ML/ Data Science. |
| | v. Experience in application development, modern architecture, deployment, and operations. |
| | Desirable Qualifications:- |
| | a) Sound understanding of overall aspects of digital transformation about Business Re-engineering and functional ICT infrastructure requirements for implementation of robust IT solution. |
| | b) Drive emerging industry standard solution implementation/development in line with recommendations of Government of India in AI / ML /Cloud / Analytics /Data Science and others. |
| | c) Good experience in database design, development and tools in both SQL and NoSQL & knowledge of Big Data, EDW, Data Lakes etc. and associated technologies like Apache Hadoop, Spark, etc. |
| | d) Understanding of latest industry standard technology trends like Dev Ops, Micro services, Containerization (Docker / Kubernetes), JavaScript frameworks like MERN, MEAN and AI/ML. |
| | e) Knowledge of data Servers, as well as Cloud services of major Cloud providers. |
| | Note-1 The period of deputation including the period of deputation in another ex-cadre post held immediately preceding this appointment in the same or some other organization/department of the Central Government shall ordinarily not exceed five years. |
| | Note-2 The Maximum age limit for appointment by deputation shall be 'Not exceeding 56 years' as on the last date of receipt of applications. |
