Issued by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways as S.O. 5094(E) dated 27th November 2024, this notification, in exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), authorizes the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Jhabua; the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Petlawad; and the Sub Divisional Officer (Revenue), Meghnagar as competent authorities to perform functions under the Act, with effect from the date of publication, in respect of National Highway NH-147E from Km 0 to Km 25 (Jhabua taluk), Km 25 to Km 27 (Meghnagar taluk), and Km 27 to Km 40.6 (Petlawad taluk), all in Jhabua district, Madhya Pradesh, for the purpose of building (widening/four-laning), maintenance, management, and operation of the highway; the annexed Schedule lists the affected villages under each competent authority's jurisdiction, including Satbilli, Amlipathar, Lohariya, Barkheda, Bhamarda, Kalyanpura, Sandala, Mokhada, and Semaliya Mokhada.
