7354 GI/202 3 (1) EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY (1) (2) (3) No. 4848] NEW DELHI, TUESDAY , NOVEMBER 28 , 2023/ AGRAHAYANA 7, 1945 CG-DL-E-28112023-250292 MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAY S NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 2 8th November , 2023 S.O. 5060(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section (2) of section 2 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following further amendment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub Section (ii) vide number S.O. 689(E) dated the 4th April, 2011, namely: - In the Schedule, for serial number 133,74 and 79 entries relating thereto, the followin g shall be substituted namely: - TABLE Serial No. New National Highway No. Description of National Highways (1) (2) (3) 133 139 The highway starting from its junction with NH -39 near Rajhara connecting Chhatarpur, Hariharganj in the State of Jharkhand, Aurangabad, Daudnagar, Arwal, Naubatpur, Anishabad and terminating at its junction with NH -22 near Saristabad (Patna) in the State of Bihar. 74 22 The highway connecting Sonbarsa (Indo/Nepal Border), Sitamarhi, Muzaffarpur, Hajipur, Mithapur RoB, Saristabad, Nathupur, Ram Govind Singh Mahuli (Patna) , Punpun, Jehanabad , Gaya, Bodh Gaya, Dobhi in the State of Bihar, Hunterganj, Chatra and terminating at its junction with NH -39 near C handwa in the State of Jharkhand. 79 922 The highway starting from its junction with NH -139W near Khagaul Lock (Patna) connecting Danapur Railway Station, Bihta, Ara, Bhojpur and terminating near Buxar in the State of Bihar.
