L. -33004/99 EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 4027] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY , SEPTEMBER 22, 2023/ BHADRA 31, 1945 CG-DL-E-25092023-248932 1 2 3 4 5 6 common plot 70/p2/p1, 70/P1 [फा. सं. 11011/NHAI/Gujarat/Rajkot/LA/3D1 ] MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 2 2nd September, 2023 S.O. 4195(E).—Whereas by the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, 3122 Dated:13/07/2023 , published in the Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub -section (ii) issued under sub -section (1 ) of section 3A of the National Highway Act, 1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government declared its intension to acquire the land specified in the Schedule annexed to the said not ification for building (widening/four -laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation of NH151A in the stretch of land from Km. 0 to Km. 242.9 ((Dwarka(Kuranga) -Khambhaliya -Devariya) road section in the district of DEVBHUMI DWARKA in the state of GUJA RAT . And whereas the substance of the said notification has been published in “Gujarat Samachar” and “The Indian Express” both dated 19/07/2023; under sub -section (3) of section 3A of the said Act; And whereas no objections have been received any person b y the competent Authority; And whereas, in pursuance of sub -section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the competent authority has submitted its report to the Central Government; Now, therefore, upon receipt of the said report of the competent authority and in exercise of the powers conferred by the sub -section (1) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that the land specified in the said Schedule should be acquired for the aforesaid purpose; And furthe r, in pursuance of su b-section (2) of section 3D of the said Act, the Central Government hereby declares that on publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, the land specified in the said Schedule shall vest absolutely in the Central Governme nt, free from all enc umbrances.
