NHAI/BPL:SAG/LA41010/2020/3a ] MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS CORRIGENDUM New Delhi, the 21st August, 2023 S.O. 3708(E).—In exercise of powers conferred by sub -section (1) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, is requi red for building (widening/two lane with paved shoulder/four laning etc.,), of the said National Highway in respec t of a plot of land from 0.00 km to 163.541 km (Bhopal -Sochi -Vidisha -Sagar section) of NH -146 for the public purpose of maintenance, management and operation, the land for which land acquisition is required was already published in gazette of India vide S. O. 3742(E) dated 21.10.2020. In this regard, It is written in the above article that some errors have been found in the said published 3a which is very much needed to be corrected.
