NHAI/BPL:SAG/LA41010/2020/3a ] No. 3967] NEW DELHI, THURS DAY , SEPTEMBER 21, 2023/ BHADRA 30, 1945 CG-DL-E-21092023-248874 MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWAYS CORRIGENDUM New Delhi , the 20th September, 2023 S.O. 41 35(E)—In exercise of powers conferred by sub -section (1) of section 3 of the National Highways Act,1956 (48 of 1956) (hereinafter referred to as the said Act), the Central Government, after being satisfied that for the public purpose, the land, is required for building (widening/two lane with paved shoulder/four laning etc.,), of the said National Highway in respect of a plot of land from 0.00 km to 163.541 km (Bhopal -Sanchi -Vidisha -Sagar section) of NH -146 for the public purpose of mainten ance, management and operation, the land for which land acquisition is required was already published in gazette of India vide S.O. 3742(E) dated 21.10.2020. In this regard, It is written in the above article that some errors have been found in the said pu blished 3a which is very much needed to be corrected.
