L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-20012024-251530 No. 297] EXTRAORDINARY PART II—Section 3—Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, JANUARY 19, 2024/PAUSHA 29, 1945 MINISTRY OF PETROLEUM AND NATURAL GAS NOTIFICATION New Delhi the 19th January, 2024 S.O. 308(E).— Whereas, it appears to the Central Government that it is necessary in the public interest that for the transportation of Crude Oil from Mundra (Gujarat) to HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Limited, Pachpadra, (Rajasthan), a Pipeline (Arab Mix Crude Oil Pipeline) should be laid in the State of Rajasthan by HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Limited, (Rajasthan). And whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying such pipeline, it is necessary to acquire the Right of User in land under which the said pipeline is proposed to be laid and which is described in the Schedule annexed hereto; Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby declares its intention to acquire the right of user therein; Any person interested in the land described in the said schedule may, within twenty-one days from the date on which copies of the Gazette of India containing this notification are made available to the public, object in writing to the acquisition of the right of user therein for laying of the pipeline under the land to Shri Ugamdan Ratnoo, Competent Authority, HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Limited (Rajasthan), Tel Bhavan, Sahakar Marg, Lal Kothi Vistar, Jyotinagar, Jaipur -302 005 (Rajasthan).
