In exercise of the powers conferred by sub-section (3) of Section 58 and sub-Section 3(a) of Section 110 of the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988, the Central Government vide Gazette notification No. S.O. 4556(E), dated 16th October, 2023, read with S.O. 1133(E) dated 6th March 2024, had accorded approval to M/s PRISM logistics Private Limited for transportation of three over dimensional consignments on Modular Hydraulic Trailers, from Kandla/Mundra Port to IOCL, Panipat, Haryana by road for the period of twelve months, by coupling of axles, with maximum safe laden weight/Gross vehicles Weight and dimensions. 2.
