L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-18052024-254250 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 1908] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, MAY 17, 2024/VAISAKHA 27, 1946 MINISTRY OF PETROLEUM AND NATURAL GAS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 17th May, 2024 S.O. 2006(E).— Whereas, it appears to the Central Government, that it is necessary in the public interest that for the transportation of LPG in the State of Gujarat, a pipeline should be laid for implementing Kandla – Gorakhpur LPG pipeline (KGPL) project by IHB Limited. And whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying the said pipeline, it is necessary to acquire the right of user in the land described in the schedule annexed to this notification. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby declares its intention to acquire the right of user therein; Any person interested in the land described in the said schedule may, within twenty-one days from the date on which the copies of this notification, as published in the Gazette of India, are made available to the General Public, object in writing to the acquisition of the right of user therein for laying of the pipeline under the land to Shri Gaurav Jerambhai Prajapati, Retired Deputy District Development Officer, Competent Authority, IHB Limited, Kandla Gorakhpur LPG Pipeline Project, Ahmedabad (Gujarat).
