NOTIFICATION
New De lhi, the 14th March, 2024
S.O. 1369(E).—Whereas, it appears to the Central Government, that it is necessary in the public interest that
for the transportation of Petroleum Product from the State of Gujarat a pipeline should be laid for implementing
Kandla -Gorakhpur LPG Pipeline Project, Section : - Pipavav to IHB Limited Dumad, by the IHB Limited.
And, whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying the said pipeline, it is
necessary to acquire the right of user in the land und er which th e said pipeline is proposed to be laid, and which is
described in the Schedule annexed t o this notification;
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub -Section -(1) of Section -3 of the Petroleum and
Minerals Pipelines (Acquisitio n of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby
declares its inte ntion to acquire the right of user therein;
Any person who is interested in the land described in the said Schedule may submit objection in writing to
Dr. Me hulkumar Ba rasara , Competent Authority and Prant Officer, IHB Limited Kandla Gorakhpur LPG Pipelin e
Project, Rajula Taluka, District Amreli within twenty one days from the date on which the copies of this notification
issued under sub -section (1) of Secti on 3 of the said Act, as published in the Gazette of India, are made available to
the general publi c.
