5862 GI/202 4 (1) EXTRAORDINARY PART II —Section 3 —Sub-section ( ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY (1) (2) (3) No. 3577 ] NEW DELHI, THURS DAY , SEPTEMBER 12, 2024 /BHADRA 21, 194 6 CG-DL-E-13092024-257150 MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPO RT AND HIGHWAYS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 12th September , 2024 S.O. 3911 (E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section (2) of section 2 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby makes the following further am endment in the notification of the Government of India, in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways published in Gazette of India, Extraordinary, Part II, Section 3, Sub Section (ii) vide number S.O. 689(E) dated the 4th April, 2011, namely: - In the Sch edule, for serial number 456, 460 and entries relating thereto, the following shall be substituted namely: - TABLE Serial No. New National Highway No. Description of National Highways (1) (2) (3) 456 751D The highway starting from its junction with NE -8 near Vejalka connecting Vataman Chowk, Fatepura, Valandapura, Indranaj, Tarapur, Dharmaj and terminating at its junction with NH -64 near Borsad in the state of Gujarat. 460 751 The highway starting from its junction with NH -51 (Nari Junction) near Bhavna gar and terminating at its junction with NE -8 near Adhelai in the state of Gujarat. (1) (2) (3) NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 12th September , 2024 S.O. 3 912(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by sub -section (2) of section 2 of the National Highways Act, 1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby declares each of the highways specified in columns (2) and (3) of the Table below to be a National Hi ghway. The said highways, now declared to be national highways, shall be deemed to be specified in the Schedule to the said Act with the new serial numbers, the new national highways numbers and the description of the national highways thereof, as indicate d in columns (1), (2) and (3) respectively, of the said Table.
