NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 5th August, 2025
O.N. 41(E).— In pursuance of the provisions of sub-section (1) of section 22 of the Representation of the
People Act, 1951 (43 of 1951), and in supersession of its earlier notification no. 434/PUDU/2023(2), dated 24.07.2023
as amended from time to time, the Election Commission of India hereby appoints, in consultation with the Government
of Puducherry, following officers of the Government as Assistant Returning Officers to assist the Returning Officer of
the Puducherry Parliamentary Constituency in the Union Territory of Puducherry in the performance of his functions:-
