RW/Ranchi/LA/km.33.35 to km 58.05/NH -143AG ] MINISTRY OF ROAD TRANSPORT AND HIGHWA YS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 8th December , 2023 S.O. 5216(E).— In exercise of powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956(48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the Schedule annexed here to as the competent authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with effect from the date of public ation of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land specified in the corresponding entry in column (3) of the said Schedule relating t o state, districts, taluk and villages mentioned in column (4), (5), (6) and (7) respect ively of the said Schedule for Widening and Strengthening/re -contruction to 2 - lane with paved shoulder of Lohardaga -Bhandra -Karra -Khunti -Tamar road of NH -143AG in the S tate of JHARKHAND.
