The Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas issued S.O. 3826(E) dated 6th September 2024 under sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), declaring intention to acquire the right of user in land for the Jalandhar-Goindwal Sahib LPG Pipeline Project by Indian Oil Corporation Limited, running from Suchi Pind (Jalandhar) to Chander Mahapurakh (Goindwal Sahib) through Tehsil Sultanpur Lodhi, Kapurthala District, Punjab, listing an extensive schedule of affected Hadbast numbers, villages including Gobindgarh, Allahditta, Kamalpur, Dadwindi, Jeorgepur urf Merrypur, and Masit, and Mustil/Killa survey numbers with corresponding land areas; objections may be filed within 21 days to the Competent Authority, Sh. Navdeep Singh Bhogal, at the Jalandhar-Goindwal Sahib LPG Pipeline Project office, Jalandhar. Issued under F. NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 6th September , 2024
S.O. 3826(E).— Where as, it appears to the Central Government that it is necessary in the public interest to
lay LPG Pipeline from Suchi Pind( Jalandhar) to  Chander Mahapurakh (Goindwal Sahib) under Jalandhar – Goindwal
Sahib LPGPipeline Project by Indian Oil Corporation Limit ed in Tehsil –Sultanpur Lodhi  of KapurthalaDistrictin
State of Punjab.
And whereas, it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying the said pipeline, it is
necessary to acquire the right of user in the land described in the schedule annexed to this notification.
Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub Section (1) of Section 3 of the Petroleum and
Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby
declares  its intention to acquire the right of user therein.
Any person interested in the land described in the said schedule may, within twenty –one days from the date
on which the copies of this notification, as published in the Gazette of India, are made availa ble to the General Public,
object in writing to the acquisition of the right of user therein or laying of the pipeline under the land to Sh. Navdeep
Singh Bhogal,Competent Authority, Jalandhar -Goindwal Sahib LPG Pipeline Project, Indian Oil Corporation Lim ited,
Northern Region Pipelines, Suchi Pind, GT Road Jalandhar -144009.
