L.-33004/99 The Gazette of India CG-DL-E-06072024-255249 EXTRAORDINARY PART II-Section 3-Sub-section (ii) PUBLISHED BY AUTHORITY No. 2511] NEW DELHI, FRIDAY, JULY 5, 2024/ASHADHA 14, 1946 THE GAZETTE OF INDIA: EXTRAORDINARY [PART II-SEC. 3(ii)] MINISTRY OF PETROLEUM AND NATURAL GAS NOTIFICATION New Delhi, the 5th July, 2024 S.O. 2646 (E).- Whereas, it appears to the Central Government that it is necessary in the public interest to lay Crude Oil Pipeline from Chudva to Panipat under New Mundra - Panipat Pipeline Project by Indian Oil Corporation Limited in Tehsil-Ballah of Karnal District in the State of Haryana. And whereas,it appears to the Central Government that for the purpose of laying the said pipeline, it is necessary to acquire the right of user in the land described in the schedule annexed to this notification. Now, therefore, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub Section (1) of Section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), the Central Government hereby declares its intention to acquire the right of user therein. Any person interested in the land described in the said schedule may, within twenty-one days from the date on which the copies of this notification, as published in the Gazette of India, are made available to the General Public, object in writing to the acquisition of the right of user therein or laying of the pipeline under the land to Shri Balraj Singh, Competent Authority, New Mundra Panipat Pipeline Project, Indian Oil Corporation Limited, Northern Region Pipelines, Near Panipat Refinery, Baholi Panipat- 132140, Haryana.
