The Central Government hereby makes the following amendment in the notification of the Government of India in the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways number S.O. 1349(E) dated 21st March, 2023, Published in the Gazette of India. Extraor dinary. Part II, Section 3, Subsection (ii). 1. The type of land of Khasra No. 3190 of village “Bundi” should be read as “Government” instead of “Private” and the nature of the land should be read as “Banjar” instead of “Agriculture”. 2. The land area of Khasra No. 3157 of village “Bundi” should be taken as 0.009 ha. instead of 0.010 ha. 3. The type of land of Khasra No. 3538 of village “Bundi” should be read as “Government” instead of “Private” and the nature of the land should be read as “Banjar” instead of “Agriculture”. 4. The land area of Khasra No. 3555 of village “Bundi” should be taken as 0.014 ha. instead of 0.025 ha. 5. The type of land of Khasra No. 1396 of village “Gunji” should be read as “Government” in place of “Private” and the natu re of the land as “Banjar” instead of “Agriculture”. 6. The type of land of Khasra No. 2272 of village “Gunji” should be read as “Government” in place of “Private” and the nature of the land as “Banjar” instead of “Agriculture”. 7. The type of land in Khasra No. 1960 of village “Napalchchu” should be read as “Government” in place of “Private” and the nature of the land as “Banjar” instead of “Agriculture”. 8. The type of land in Khasra No. 1999 of village “Napalchchu” should be read as “Government” in place of “Priv ate” and the nature of the land as “Banjar” instead of “Agriculture”. 9. The land area of Khasra No. 700 of village “Napalchchu” should be taken as 0.008 ha. instead of 0.022 ha. 10. The type of land of Khasra No. 744 of village “Napalchch u” should be read as “Go vernment” in place of “Private” and the nature of the land as “Banjar” instead of “Agriculture”. 11.
