NOTIFICATION
New Delhi, the 5th March, 2024
S.O. 1049(E).—In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highway Act,
1956 (48 of 1956), the Central Government hereby authorizes the officers mentioned in column (2) of the schedule
annexed here to as the Competent Authorities to perform the functions of such authorities under the said Act with
effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Official Gazette, in respect of the stretch of land indicated
in Column (3) Design Km 0+000 to Km 160+160 of NH 6/ Bypass in the State of Meghalaya and Assam for building
(Widening/Four-laning with paved shoulders/four-laning, etc.), maintenance, management and operation of
Mawlyngkhung-Panchgram section road (NH 6/Bypass) in the state Meghalaya and Assam.
