Publication of Notification in the Gazette of India 3(1) of the PMP Act, 1962 (50 of 1962) for acquisition of Right of User (RoU) in land for laying underground pipeline from QPS RAMOL TO RAMOL GGS (8 INCH DIA), ONGC WELL 28 TO QGPL (TP26) in the State of Gujarat.
The Central Government declares its intention to acquire the right of user in land for laying pipelines in Gujarat State, exercising powers conferred by Sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962 (50 of 1962).
