Notification in the Gazette of India Us 3(1) of PMP Act, 1962 for Acquisition of Right of User (ROU) on land for laying underground pipeline 8 dia HP Gas Line from CPF Gandhar To GNAQ GGS in the State of Gujarat.
The Central Government declares its intention to acquire the right of user in land for laying an 8"Ø HP Gas Line from CPF Gandhar to GNAQ GGS by Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd., under Sub-section (1) of Section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962.
