The Central Government declares the acquisition of the right of user in specified land for laying a pipeline and vests this right in Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd. under Sub-Sections (1) and (4) of Section 6 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipeline (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962.
