Publication of E gazette Notification for Nomination of Sub Divisional Officer and Land Acquisition Officer Amravati, Sub Divisional Officer and Land Acquisition Officer, Teosa Bhatkuli and Sub Divisional Officer and Land Acquisition Officer, Chandur Railway as a competent authority for Amravati District under Section 7(A) for land acquisition for Bhusaval Badnera Wardha 3rd and 4th Line under Railway (Amendment) Act, 2008.
The Central Government authorizes specific Sub-Divisional Officers and Land Acquisition Officers as 'Competent Authority' under clause (7A) of Section 2 of the Railways Act, 1989, for the special railway project 'Bhusaval-Badnera-Wardha 3rd & 4th Line' in Amravati District.
