The Central Government, exercising powers under sub-section (1) of section 3D of the National Highways Act, 1956, declares that the land specified in the Schedule shall be acquired and shall vest absolutely in the Central Government for the widening, maintenance, management and operation of the Ring Road in Ambala district, Haryana.
