The Central Government declares its intention to acquire land for the Khalilabad -Bahraich New railway line project (240.66 Km) in Tehsil Dumariyaganj of Siddharthnagar District, Uttar Pradesh, under Section 20A of the Railways Act, 1989.

Declaration under Section 3D of the National Highways Act, 1956 vesting land in the Central Government for widening and construction of NH730 from Km 420 to Km 452.16 in Siddharth Nagar district, Uttar Pradesh.

The Central Government declares that specified land in Maharajganj district, Uttar Pradesh vests absolutely in it, free from all encumbrances, for the widening and development of NH730, following completion of the land acquisition process under the National Highway Act, 1956.

This notification defines the Eco-sensitive Zone around Sohelwa Wildlife Sanctuary, delineates prohibited, regulated, and promoted activities within it, and constitutes a Monitoring Committee for its effective monitoring and enforcement.

The Central Government authorizes specific officers as competent authorities for land acquisition functions under the National Highways Act, 1956, for a stretch of the proposed Shamli-Gorakhpur High-Speed access-controlled Corridor in Uttar Pradesh.
