The Central Government authorizes the Deputy Collector (Land Acquisition) Metro Centre No. 3, Thane, as 'Competent Authority' under clause (7A) of Section 2 of the Railways Act, 1989, for the special railway project 'Kalyan-Igatpuri section: - Construction of ROBs in lieu of level crossing No. 69 at Railway km 93/0-1'.
