The Central Government declares the acquisition of land specified in the Schedule for building, maintenance, management, and operation of National Highway No. 65 (New NH-58) and its absolute vesting in the Central Government, free from encumbrances, under sub-section (1) and (2) of section 3D of the National Highway Act, 1956.
