Publication of notification under Section 3D
Declaration under sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 3D of the National Highways Act, 1956 that specified land for NH29E (Km. 0 to Km. 56) in Maharajganj district, Uttar Pradesh shall be acquired and shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
