Request for Publication of e Gazette Notification for Acquisition of Land mentioned in attached Land Schedule under Subsection 1 of section 20A of the Railways Amendment Act 1989
The Central Government declares its intention to acquire land in Ganjam district of Odisha and Andhra Pradesh for the construction of a Special Railway Project, specifically the "3rd line between Nirgundi - Barang (22 Km) & Khurda Road - Vizianagaram (363 Kms) of newly sanctioned 3rd line between Bhadrak-Vizianagarm project (525Km)", under Section 20A(1) of the Railways (Amendment) Act, 1989.
