Gazette notification under section 20E for ROB in Madhya Pradesh state at LC no. 75 in Kota Division, West Central Railway
The Central Government declares the acquisition of specified lands for a Special Railway Project, vesting them absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances upon publication of this notification, as per sub-section (1) and (2) of section 20E of the Railways Act, 1989.
