The Central Government directs that the right of user in specified lands for laying a petroleum product pipeline from Visakha (Andhra Pradesh) to Raipur (Chhattisgarh) shall jointly vest in Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Visakhapatnam Vijayawada Petroleum Product Pipeline and Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited for the initial 7.175 Km in Visakhapatnam District, free from all encumbrances.
