Notification in the Gazette of India us 3(1) of the PMP Act, 1962 (50 of 1962) for acquisition of Right of User (RoU) in Land for laying pipelines from MSAE TO MSNAA of Krishna District in State of Andhra Pradesh.
The Central Government declares its intention to acquire the Right of User in land for the transportation of Natural Gas from "MSAE TO MSNAA" in Andhra Pradesh, as per Sub-Section (1) of Section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipeline (Acquisition of Right of User in land) Act, 1962.
