Notification in the Gazette of India us 3(1) of the PMP Act, 1962 for acquisition of Right of User (RoU) in Land for laying pipeline from Drill Site JTN22 TO JOTANA GGS VIA JTN74, 36, 14, 57 in the State of Gujarat.
The Central Government declares its intention to acquire the right of user in land for laying a pipeline, as empowered by sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in the Land) Act, 1962.

Notification in the Gazette of India 3(1) of the PMP Act, 1962 for acquisition of Right of User (RoU) in Land for laying pipeline from Drill Site JTN 10 TO JOTANA GGS to interconnect with Existing ROU in the State of Gujarat.
The Central Government declares its intention to acquire the right of user in land for laying a pipeline from Drill Site JTN#10 to Jotana GGS, to interconnect with existing ROU through specific villages in Mehsana District, Gujarat, under sub-section (1) of section-3 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines (Acquisition of Right of User in the Land) Act, 1962.

Publication of Notification in the Gazette of India us 6(1) of the PMP Act, 1962 for acquisition of Right of User (ROU) in land for laying underground pipeline from Drill Site JTN10 TO JOTANA GGS to interconnect with Existing ROU in the State of Gujarat
The Central Government declares the acquisition of the right of user in specified land for laying a pipeline and directs this right to vest in Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd., free from all encumbrances, under Sub-Sections (1) and (4) of Section 6 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipeline (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962.
