Publication of Corrigendum notification of extraordinary gazette under Part II section 3
Sub Section (II) Notification under clause 20E of the Railway Act 1989 (24 of 1989)
for Land to be acquired in connection with Special Railway Project namely
Samakhiyali Gandhidham Quadrupling Project ROB 3 in
District Kutch in the state of Gujarat
This Corrigendum Notification rectifies clerical inaccuracies and technical errors in a previous notification concerning land acquisition for the Samakhiyali-Gandhidham Quadrupling Project, in compliance with judicial directions from the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat.
