SC Railway Publication of Notification under section 20E of Railways Act, 1989 Acquisition of land for Bypass line at Mudkhed for Nanded district in the state of Maharashtra
The Central Government declares the acquisition of land specified in the annexed Schedule for the "Bypass Line at Mudkhed" Special Railway Project and that the said land shall vest absolutely in the Central Government free from all encumbrances upon publication of this notification.
