Publication of notification of Extraordinary Gazette under Part II Section 3 Sub Section II under Clause 20E of the Railway Act 1989 (24 of 1989) for acquisition of land in connection with Special Railway Project namely Bhuj Naliya Gauge Conversion (101.25 Km) with extension up to Vayor New Line (24.65 Km). Notification published in the Official Gazette for land acquisition proceedings as per the provisions of the Railway Act 1989.
The Central Government declares the acquisition and absolute vesting of specified lands for the Special Railway Project, ROB-62, in connection with the Bhuj – Naliya Gauge Conversion extension up to Vayor New Line, under sub-section (1) and (2) of section 20E of the Railways Act, 1989.
