Publication of notification under Section 3D
The Central Government declares the acquisition of land specified in the Schedule for the purpose of building, maintenance, management, and operation of a Ring Road, and that upon publication of this notification, the said land shall vest absolutely in the Central Government, free from all encumbrances.
