Section (II) Notification under clause 20E of the Railway Act 1989 (24 of 1989)
for Land to be acquired in connection with Special Railway Project namely
ROB 92 in connection with Bhuj Naliya Gauge Conversion (101 25 KM) extension
up to Vayor New Line (24 65 KM) in District Kutch in the state of Gujarat
The Central Government declares the acquisition of specific lands for the Special Railway Project ROB-92 and their absolute vesting in the Central Government, in exercise of powers under sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 20E of the Railways Act, 1989.

The Central Government declares the acquisition of land specified in the annexed Schedule for the Special Railway Project ROB-92 and its absolute vesting in the Central Government, in exercise of powers conferred by sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 20E of the Railways Act, 1989.
