Notification in the Extraordinary Gazette of India 6(1) of Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines Act, 1962, for Acquisition of Right of User (ROU) in land for laying underground pipeline from LNC22 TO LINCH GGS VIA LNC69 and 94 in the State of Gujarat.
The Central Government declares the acquisition of the right of user in specified land for laying a pipeline and directs that this right shall vest in Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd.

Publication of Notification in the Gazette of India under section 6(1) of the PMP Act, 1962 for acquisition of Right of User (RoU) in Land for laying pipeline from LNC225 252 TO LNC069 in the State of Gujarat.
The Central Government declares the acquisition of the right of user in specified land for laying a pipeline and vests this right in Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd. under Sub-Sections (1) and (4) of Section 6 of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipeline (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962.
