The Central Government declares the acquisition and absolute vesting of lands specified in the annexed schedule for the 'Pachora – Jamner with extension up to Malkapur-Narrow Gauge to Broad Gauge (84.34 Kms)' Special Railway Project, in exercise of powers under sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 20E of the Railway Act, 1989, as amended by the Railway (Amendment) Act, 2008.
