Publication of Notification in the Gazette of India 6(1) of the PMP Act, 1962 for acquisition of Right of User (RoU) in land for laying pipelines from 8 Inch Diameter Oil Dispatch Line from Jambusar GGS to Dabka GGS in the State of Gujarat.
The Government of India declares the acquisition of the Right of User in specified land for laying the 8'' Ø OIL DISPATCH LINE FROM JAMBUSAR GGS TO DABKA GGS Pipeline and directs that this Right of User shall vest in the Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd. under the Petroleum and Minerals Pipeline (Acquisition of Right of Users in Land) Act, 1962.
