The Central Government declares its intention to acquire land for the building, maintenance, management, and operation of the extension of the Delhi-Amritsar-Katra Expressway (DAK/NE-5) till UER-II (NH-344M) in the Outer North district of Delhi.

The Central Government authorizes officers listed in the Schedule as competent authorities under clause (a) of section 3 of the National Highways Act, 1956, to perform functions for land acquisition and development of a specific stretch of the Extension of Delhi-Amritsar-Katra Expressway (DAK/NE-5) in the State of Delhi.

The Government of National Capital Territory of Delhi notifies the boundaries of Central, North, West, and South Forest Divisions, superseding Notification No. F.11(69)/DCF/PA/96/Pt I/8328-44 dated 20.01.2021.

This notification creates thirty-nine (39) Sub-Divisions/Tehsils and thirteen (13) Areas in the National Capital Territory of Delhi by altering existing limits, for both revenue and general administration purposes.
