Namely Project Dabhoi Samlaya Gauge Conversion Project in District Vadodara in the

The Central Government declares the acquisition and vesting of land for the Dabhoi - Samlaya Gauge Conversion Project in District Vadodara, Gujarat, under sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 20E of the Railway Act, 1989.

Publication of notification of extraordinary gazette under Part II section 3 Sub
Section (II) Notification under clause 20E of the Railway Act 1989 (24 of 1989)
for Land to be acquired in connection with Special Railway Project namely
Dabhoi Samlaya Gauge Conversion Project in the state of Gujarat.
The Central Government declares the acquisition of land specified in the annexed schedule for the Dabhoi – Samlaya Gauge Conversion Project in District Vadodara, Gujarat, and its absolute vesting in the Central Government free from all encumbrances upon publication of this notification.
