Publication of notification of extraordinary gazette under Part II section 3 Sub
Section (I) Notification under clause 20A of the Railway Act 1989 (24 of 1989)
for land to be acquired in connection with Special Railway Project Gauge Conversion of
Dabhoi Samlaya including Samlaya Railway fly over bridge and Lotana bye
pass line Project in the state of Gujarat.
The Central Government declares its intention to acquire land for the Gauge Conversion of Dabhoi - Samalaya Special Railway Project in Vadodara District, Gujarat, under the powers conferred by sub-section (I) of section 20A of the Railways Act, 1989.

The Central Government declares the acquisition of land specified in the annexed schedule for the Dabhoi – Samlaya Gauge Conversion Project in District Vadodara, Gujarat, and its absolute vesting in the Central Government free from all encumbrances upon publication of this notification.
