The Ministry of Railways declares its intention to acquire land for the public purpose of construction, maintenance, management and operation of the Special Railway Project "Bithan-KusheshwarAsthan-Harnagar (detour alignment) in connection with Sakri-Hasanpur New line Project of East Central Railway" in Darbhanga district of Bihar state, under Section 20A(1) of the Central Government Railway Act-1989.
