Publication of Notification in the Extraordinary Gazette of India U/S 6(1) of Petroleum and Minerals Pipelines Act, 1962 (50 of 1962), for Acquisition of Right of User (ROU) for Drill Site LNC51 to LNC73 through Village Dhanali, Taluka Jotana and Village Tundali, Taluka Mehsana of Mehsana District in the State of Gujarat.
The Central Government hereby declares the acquisition of the right of user in specified land for laying a pipeline, vesting this right in Oil and Natural Gas Corporation Ltd. under Section 6(1) and 6(4) of the Petroleum and Minerals Pipeline (Acquisition of Right of User in Land) Act, 1962.
