Publication of Corrigendum required for correction in already published E Gazette Notification No. 1697 Dated 07.04.2026 for declaration of acquisition of land under Section 20(E) for land acquisition in Deodahiphal Village, Taluka Dharur, District Beed in connection with Ahmednagar Beed Parli Vaijnath (261 Km) New Line Maharashtra under the Railways Act, 1989 (24 of 1989).
The Central Government declares the acquisition and absolute vesting of land for the Ahmednagar-Beed-Parli-Vaijnath (261 Km) – New Line Maharashtra Special Railway Project under sub-sections (1) and (2) of section 20E of the Railways Act, 1989.

Publication of E gazette Notification for Declaration of acquisition of land under Section 20(E) for land acquisition for Special Railway Project Ahmednagar Beed Parli Vaijnath (261 Km.) New Line Maharashtra.
The Central Government declares the acquisition and absolute vesting of specified lands in Deodahiphal village, Beed District, Maharashtra, for the Ahmednagar-Beed-Parli-Vaijnath (261 Km.) New Line Special Railway Project, in exercise of powers under sub-section (1) and (2) of section 20E of the Railway Act, 1989.
